Mark as Useful This is an intentional hang-up call used by a process server to find out if anyone is home. If you answer it hangs up. Within two hours they are at your house, catch you at home and serve you with photo radar or other court docs. If you call the number back it has a recording that says "Thank-you" and immediately ends the call. I assume its an autodialer used to find out if people are home or not. This is dangerous. What's next? Burglary?
